Return and Exchange Policy

At iNDCHIC, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

We accept returns or exchange ONLY under the following conditions:

• You received a wrong product (wrong size, design)
• The received product has a genuine defect or damage

In such cases, a clear and full parcel opening video (right from unwrapping to focus on the reported defect) has to be sent to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be able to process requests without this. 

The product is to be sent back in unused condition. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your exchange or refund.

If refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note that handblock printed items and customised items do not qualify for returns/exchanges.
